Privacy policy

This policy explains what information this website, eatkravekulture.com, handles about the people who visit it. The short version: the site has no accounts, no forms and no checkout, it sets no cookies, and the only measurement is a cookieless page-view count. The site is run by Krave Kulture, a food truck based in Miami, FL. Our terms & conditions cover the rest of how the site may be used.
1. What the site does not collect
- There is no account, sign-up, order or contact form. Nothing on the site takes typed input, so we never receive your name, email address, phone number or payment details through it.
- The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It has no tracking pixels and no advertising or social-media trackers.
- Fonts, images, video and code are served from our own site. There are no third-party embeds such as Google Fonts or map widgets.
- Payments never touch the site. You pay at the truck. If you pay with an app such as Cash App or Zelle, that app handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
2. Page-view counts
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It is built to work without cookies: each visit is counted with a temporary identifier derived from the request, which Vercel discards after 24 hours. Each page view records the time, the page address and the site that referred you, your approximate location (country, region and city), your device type, operating system and browser, and the analytics script version. Vercel states that this is kept anonymous and not tied to any individual or IP address, and what we see are aggregate figures, not profiles of people. Vercel describes exactly what it processes in its Web Analytics privacy documentation. If your browser blocks scripts or the analytics request, the site works exactly the same.
3. Hosting logs
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers process the technical details your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type, in order to deliver the page and protect the service from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify visitors. Vercel's own privacy policy governs how it handles and retains them.
4. Our QR code
Scanning our printed QR card opens the menu page. The code carries only the web address, with no tracking codes attached, so we cannot tell one scan from another.
5. Links to other services
The site links to Instagram and other services we do not run. Once you follow a link, that service's privacy policy applies. We do not see what you do there.
6. Children
The site is a menu and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included.
7. Your rights
Because the site does not hold personal information about visitors, there is normally nothing for us to correct, export or delete. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under local privacy law over data that Vercel processes as our host; Vercel's privacy policy explains how to exercise them. If you have a question, or believe we do hold something about you, message us and we will look into it.
8. Changes to this policy
If the site starts doing something new with visitor information, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
