These terms cover this website, eatkravekulture.com. The site is run by Krave Kulture, a food truck based in Miami, FL. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. How we handle information about visitors is explained separately in our privacy policy.
1. What this site is
The site shows our menu, prices, and where to find the truck. When we switch it on, you can also place a pickup order ahead of time on our order page. Online orders are paid when you place them. You cannot reserve a table through the site.
2. Menu, prices and availability
Everything on the menu page is a guide. Prices, portions and items can change without notice, dishes can sell out, and what we serve on a given day can differ from what the site shows. At the window, the price you pay is the price you are told when you order. Online, it is the total shown on the order page when you pay.
3. Ordering and paying
You can order at the window, or ahead on our order page while online ordering is open. Online orders are for pickup at the truck only: we do not deliver. Every online order is paid up front by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Square, our payment processor, and we only receive and start your order once the payment goes through. If the payment is declined, no order is placed and nothing is charged. Any tip you add goes to the crew. If we sell out of something or cannot fill your order, we will call you on the number you gave and refund what we cannot make to the card you paid with. Please only order what you plan to pick up. At the window, ask which payment methods we take that day. Payments made through Square, Cash App, Zelle or similar services are also subject to those services' own terms.
4. Allergies and dietary needs
We cook in one small kitchen. Our dishes may contain, or come into contact with, common allergens such as shellfish, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. If you have an allergy or a dietary need, tell us at the window before you order. Do not rely on this website for allergen information.
5. Where the truck is
The truck moves. Our Instagram account is where we post the current spot. We do not promise to be at any place or time, and we may close early if we sell out or the weather turns.
6. Using the site
You may view and print pages for personal use, including the QR card on our QR page. Do not copy, resell or misuse the site or its content, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Our name, logo and content
"Krave Kulture", the logo, the photos, the illustrations and the text on this site belong to Krave Kulture unless stated otherwise. Ask us before reusing any of it.
8. Links to other services
The site links to Instagram, TikTok, map apps and other services we do not run, and its Call us button opens your phone's dialer. Their terms and privacy practices apply there, and we are not responsible for them.
9. No guarantees
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we can change or take it down at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, Krave Kulture is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
