These terms cover this website, eatkravekulture.com. The site is run by Krave Kulture, a food truck based in Miami, FL. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. How we handle information about visitors is explained separately in our privacy policy.
1. What this site is
The site shows our menu, prices, and where to find the truck. It is for information only. You cannot order, reserve a table, or pay through the site.
2. Menu, prices and availability
Everything on the menu page is a guide. Prices, portions and items can change without notice, dishes can sell out, and what we serve on a given day can differ from what the site shows. The price you pay is the price you are told at the window when you order.
3. Ordering and paying
Orders are placed and paid for at the truck, not on this site. Ask at the window which payment methods we take that day, and confirm your total before you pay. Payments made through Cash App, Zelle or similar apps are subject to those apps' own terms.
4. Allergies and dietary needs
We cook in one small kitchen. Our dishes may contain, or come into contact with, common allergens such as shellfish, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. If you have an allergy or a dietary need, tell us at the window before you order. Do not rely on this website for allergen information.
5. Where the truck is
The truck moves. Our Instagram account is where we post the current spot. We do not promise to be at any place or time, and we may close early if we sell out or the weather turns.
6. Using the site
You may view and print pages for personal use, including the QR card on our QR page. Do not copy, resell or misuse the site or its content, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Our name, logo and content
"Krave Kulture", the logo, the photos, the illustrations and the text on this site belong to Krave Kulture unless stated otherwise. Ask us before reusing any of it.
8. Links to other services
The site links to Instagram, Cash App and other services we do not run. Their terms and privacy practices apply there, and we are not responsible for them.
9. No guarantees
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we can change or take it down at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, Krave Kulture is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
